Our Facilities
Boat Lift: The 70 tonne capacity boat lift caters for vessels up to a beam of twenty feet plus our unique specialized multi-hull hydraulic trailer can haul out wide beam catamarans and houseboats.
Hardstand: The open hardstand and wash bay occupies some 17,000 square meters of service area, with all hardstand spaces serviced by power and water.
Trade Services: Our customers varying needs are more then catered for within the facility, as we have excellent trades and services available, from routine maintenance to complete rebuilds and refits.
Refit Bays: The 10 Refit bays of 22m in length x 12m wide and a height of 10m, allows customers sample room to carry out works in a controlled environment.
Sand Blasting: Sand / soda abrasive blasting services in covered buildings
Painting: Spray Painting and the application of Antifouling, both roller and airless spray are catered for.
Marine Manufacturing & Service Buildings
Factories: 32 purpose built factories ranging from 180m squared to 350m squared, with purpose built mezzanines and covered car park in some tenancies. Most are fitted for overhead gantry cranes with wide opening to allow boat lift access and all have motorised roller doors.
Marina: 30 berth marina, catering for vessels up to 25 mts, all berths serviced by power and water.
